Building Blocks on Balmoral at Great-West Life is an exemplary case-study highlighting the success of adaptive re-use of heritage buildings. Once vacant and derelict, the Milner House now sits at the heart of a much-needed facility which provides 100 licensed childcare spots to Great-West Life employees and the West Broadway community.
