Bronx

Building on the successful platform of our Luxton and Greene models as, Bronx is a 20 foot wide house with a two bedroom basement secondary suite.

The two-story main unit is wheelchair accessible, with a main floor bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area. Upstairs has an additional three bedrooms, one bathroom and additional common area. All kitchens feature 10′ foot islands.

Nail Laminated Timber (NLT) were used for floors.
